Board of Directors
Responsible for strategic oversight, rigorous clinical and corporate governance, sound fiduciary stewardship and comprehensive regulatory accountability.
Nonny Nze is the Managing Director and SIRO at Place Medical UK, with responsibility for commercial leadership and governance across regulated healthcare settings.
Her role includes responsibility for regulatory alignment, innovation and commercially robust operating structures. This includes oversight of digital health platforms, information governance and organisational risk, ensuring safe, legally compliant and scalable Telehealth service delivery across national healthcare frameworks. Her professional background spans the UK and US.
Ms Nze leads the design and deployment of virtual care platforms and workforce models that support clinical continuity, optimise capacity, and improve patient access.
Alongside her executive responsibilities, Ms Nze is a Chartered Manager and Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (CMgr FCMI) with a portfolio of technological innovation that includes two patent filings for which she is the named inventor.
Christopher Markwick is the Medical Director at Place Medical UK and a Senior GP Partner. He provides clinical leadership, pathway design and oversight of safe and effective patient care across complex and urgent care settings. His clinical background spans the UK, US and Australia, giving him a broad understanding of healthcare systems and digitally driven models of care.
His role centres on clinical governance, pathway design and senior clinical oversight, ensuring high‑quality Telehealth and remote consulting environments. He has a particular interest in digital informatics and the integration of technology‑enabled care pathways, supporting safe, efficient, and scalable models of modern healthcare.
Dr Markwick leads clinical oversight and pathway governance and supports GP training and clinical education within the organisation.
Alongside his executive responsibilities, he holds a regional role as Clinical Pathways Lead within Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Board.
Roisin O’Regan is the Deputy Medical Director, a Senior GP and Head of Clinical Workforce Strategy at Place Medical UK. Her background spans NHS general practice, urgent care and private healthcare - giving her a rare, practical understanding of how services operate across clinical settings.
Her role applies extensive clinical experience to ensure that digital and operational decisions translate into practical solutions that support clinicians to improve patient care.
Dr O'Regan is a key figure, alongside the Medical Director, in clinical governance and the safe delivery of healthcare across the organisation.
Alongside her executive responsibilities, she also leads overall clinical workforce development, promoting consistent, safe practice and strong professional judgement across multidisciplinary teams.
Melanie Lynn is the Director of Medicines Optimisation (Chief Pharmacist) at Place Medical UK. Her background includes senior NHS leadership roles, most recently as Director of Medicines Optimisation at a highly regarded London NHS Trust. In this capacity, she held accountability for trust-wide medicines governance, prescribing strategy and optimisation, bringing deep, system-level expertise to her work.
Her role centres on establishing robust prescribing frameworks, formularies and clinical guardrails, ensuring all medicines-related activity is safe, effective, legally compliant and aligned with professional and regulatory standards.
Ms Lynn leads the design and oversight of medicines management systems and prescribing infrastructure, supporting safe, efficient and scalable models of digitally enabled care, while working closely with the Medical Director on shared clinical risk and pathway development.
Alongside her executive responsibilities, Ms Lynn is an Independent Prescribing Pharmacist and supports the development of prescribers through her professional and academic roles.
Service User Advisory Group
We actively involve service users in shaping how care is delivered across Place Medical UK. This includes structured opportunities for feedback, participation in service design and ongoing dialogue to ensure that care remains safe, responsive and aligned with service users' needs.
This group enables individuals to share their experiences of appointments, services, communication and overall care. Feedback is reviewed and escalated through governance structures to support continuous improvement.
We encourage all service users to take an active role in their care, including participating in decisions, contributing to service development and supporting health and wellbeing outcomes.

Senior Clinical Management
Specialist doctors provide clinical leadership across multidisciplinary teams, virtual wards, and Telehealth care pathways. They deliver senior clinical oversight, guide the development of evidence-based care pathways, and ensure services remain responsive to the needs of people with complex health and care needs within digitally enabled models of care.
Nursing Service Management
Nursing Service Managers (both Registered General Nurses) providing nursing leadership across multi‑disciplinary care, virtual wards and Telehealth clinical pathways. This layer delivers nursing oversight, supports pathway delivery and implementation, and ensures that service delivery is aligned to the needs of service users within digitally enabled care models.
Tameena Bibi is a Service Manager at Place Medical UK and a Registered General Nurse with extensive experience across clinical practice within nationally recognised digital health & insurance providers, as well as acute and primary care.
Her role centres on the safe, effective and compliant delivery of regulated healthcare services, with responsibility for day‑to‑day operational oversight, clinical governance implementation and service quality in line with CQC standards and the NMC Code.
Mrs Bibi began her clinical career in Intensive Care, developing advanced capabilities in patient assessment, clinical decision‑making and emergency care. She subsequently progressed into General Practice Nursing, where she held a Lead Practice Nurse position with responsibility for long‑term condition management, immunisation programmes and maintaining full compliance with clinical governance and regulatory frameworks.
Since 2020, she has worked within telehealth as a Clinical Nurse Advisor, delivering remote care and building strong expertise in digital consultation, patient communication and the safe application of clinical systems within virtual environments.
At Place Medical UK, Mrs Bibi leads operational delivery and governance execution, ensuring that digital care pathways translate into safe, responsive and patient‑centred services. She is our Co-Lead Practice Assessor.
Alongside her executive responsibilities, she is undertaking formal training in Leadership and Management, further strengthening her ability to lead teams, embed continuous improvement and maintain consistently high standards of care within a scalable Telehealth model.
Amanda Price is a Service Manager at Place Medical UK and a highly experienced Registered Nurse with a senior clinical background across acute care, community services and digitally enabled healthcare delivery.
Her role supports the Service Management team in ensuring the safe, effective and compliant delivery of regulated services, with a particular focus on operational leadership, workforce support and the consistent application of clinical governance processes across Telehealth and virtual care environments.
Mrs Price brings significant frontline leadership experience as a Band 6 nurse, regularly taking responsibility for ward management in the absence of senior leadership. Her responsibilities have included staff supervision, performance management, return‑to‑work processes and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, patient‑centred care.
She has extensive experience in discharge coordination, complex patient assessment and multidisciplinary collaboration, including work within discharge assessment units and community settings supporting patients with complex needs, dementia and continuing healthcare requirements.
Her most recent experience includes working within virtual wards and remote care models, delivering telephone consultations and managing patients in community settings through digitally enabled pathways.
In addition to her clinical practice, Mrs Price has a background in education as a lecturer, contributing expertise in teaching, mentoring and nursing workforce development.
At Place Medical UK, she plays a key role in supporting governance delivery, operational consistency and nursing workforce capability, ensuring that services remain safe, responsive and aligned with regulatory standards within a growing digital care model. Supported by our Head of Clinical Workforce, she is our Co-Lead Practice Assessor.
